I, David John Butcher, Minister of Energy, acting pursuant to section 20 of the Electricity Act 1968 hereby amend the Marlborough Electric Power Board Electricity Supply Licence 1987 by deleting the Schedule and substituting the following:

All that area in the Nelson and Marlborough Land Districts bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea coast in the middle of the mouth of the Ohau Stream in Block XV, Puhi Puhi S.D. and proceeding generally northerly along the middle of said stream to the north-western boundary of Section 4A of 2 Mangaopuna Maori Block; thence along the south-eastern, eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Small Grazing Run 106 and the north-eastern boundary of Small Grazing Run 105B to Trig.
