Notice of Intention to Apply for Ministerial Approval of Code of Practice
Pursuant to section 51 of the Factories and Commercial Premises Act 1981, I, Leslie James Cope, the Chief Inspector of Factories of the Department of Labour hereby give notice of my intention, after 1 month from the publication of this notice, to apply to the Minister of Labour for his approval of the “Code of Practice for the Safe Use of Isocyanates”.

Traffic Regulations 1976
Approval of Motorcycle Safety Helmets in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1976
Pursuant to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976* and pursuant to powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport by an instrument of delegation dated the 3rd day of August 1987, motorcycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto are hereby approved for the purposes of regulation 31 of the said regulations.
Schedule
Safety helmets manufactured by Shoei Kako Co. Ltd., Japan, bearing the model designation RF-108V and bearing the certification mark of the Standards Association of Australia AS 1698.
