Animals Protection Act 1960

Approval of Code of Ethical Conduct (Notice No. 4389; Ag. 100/A1/07)

Pursuant to section 19A of the Animals Protection Act 1960 and on the advice of the National Animal Ethics Advisory Committee, I hereby approve the adoption by Longburn Adventist College of the approved code of ethical conduct of the Biotechnology Division of the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research.

Noxious Plants Act 1978

Notice Declaring Nymphoides Peltata (Nymphoides peltata) a Class B Noxious Plant (No. 4387; Ag. 12/10/18/6)

Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the Noxious Plants Council hereby declares Nymphoides peltata (Nymphoides pelata) to be a Class B noxious plant in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of Rodney District Noxious Plants Authority.
This notice shall come into effect on the day after its date of notification in the Gazette.
