White and Son Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business there as wholesalers, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 1st day of June 1988 at 11.45 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Beaker Agencies Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 22nd day of April 1988 the bank appointed Paul Richard Preston and John Anthony Waller, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, Quay Tower, 29 Customs Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company, under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 18th day of December 1979. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
