In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Ion-Aire Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Lexicon House, 123 Spey Street, Invercargill and carrying on business as an electrical supplier:

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 21st day of March 1988, presented to the said Court by Macrac Financial Services Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business there and elsewhere as a finance company; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Invercargill on the 5th day of May 1988 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Delandy Bakers Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 267A Stanmore Road, Christchurch, and carrying on business as bakers—A Debtor:

Ex Parte—ETA Foods Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business as merchants and wholesalers—A Creditor.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 13th day of April 1988, presented to the said Court by ETA Foods Limited of Auckland, merchants and wholesalers; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 1st day of June 1988 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court at Rotorua was, on the 9th day of March 1988, presented to the said Court by Levene and Company Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business there as hardware merchants; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Rotorua on the 23rd day of May 1988 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
