SECTION IV—HIGH COURT NOTICES
Central Hire Services Limited wishes to dispel misleading impressions which may have been created by a notice appearing in these columns on 23 March 1988 issue. The company wishes to advise, that the High Court on 21 April 1988, granted an interim injunction staying or restraining Access Hire (NZ), from taking further steps upon the winding up petition, filed on the ground that the debt alleged is the subject of a genuine and bona fide dispute, and was not the proper basis for the issue of a winding up petition.
G. CURTIS, Managing Director.
