Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of New Zealand Laundrettes Limited ("the company") by the High Court was, on the 23rd day of March 1988, presented to the Court by National Trading Company of New Zealand Limited; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 2nd day of May 1988 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Pty Ltd., a company incorporated in Victoria, Australia, presently having places of business in New Zealand at New Plymouth, Mount Maunganui and Auckland, intends to cease to have places of business in New Zealand 3 months from the date of first publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Australis International Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 12th day of April 1988, Richard Grant Simpson and Terence John Leamy of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed as receivers of Charter Finance Corporation Ltd., under and by virtue of an order of the High Court at Wellington on the 12th day of April 1988.

The offices of the receivers are at the offices of Kirk Barclay, Chartered Accountants, CMC Building, 89 Courtenay Place, Wellington.

The property in respect of which the said receivers have been appointed is all the undertaking and/or assets of the said Charter Finance Corporation Ltd.
