We, River Valley Angoras Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wainui, Hoplands, Woodville, Vincent Kayton Mowlem Kappely and Margaret Olive Kappely, both of Woodville, retired, Bernice Marion Collis of Palmerston North, farmer, David Selwyn Collis of Palmerston North, farmer, Murdoch John McKenzie of Woodville, casual labourer, Betty May Golding McKenzie of Woodville, housewife, Russell Vincent Kappely and Sandra Joan Kappely, both of Woodville, farmers, Suzanne Gay Fieldar of Feilding, home executive, Claudio Michelini of Masterton, farmer and Karen Ann Leslie Barcham of Wellington, computer operator, the general and special partners of the business formed under Part II of the Partnership Act 1908, hereby certify as follows:

1. The firm name under which the partnership is to be conducted is River Valley Angoras Limited and Company.

2. The name and place of residence of the general partner is:
   River Valley Angoras Limited, a duly incorporated company having its Registered Office at Wainui, Hoplands, Woodville.

3. The names and places of residence of all the special partners are:

   Vincent Kayton Mowlem Kappely and Margaret Olive Kappely, Hoplands Road, Woodville.
   Bernice Marion Collis, Aranui Road, R.D. 5. Palmerston North.
   David Selwyn Collis, Aranui Road, R.D. 5. Palmerston North.

4. The amount of capital contributed by the general partner is nil.

5. The amount of capital contributed by the special partners is as follows:

   Betty May Golding McKenzie and Murdoch John McKenzie $30,000

6. The general nature of the business to be transacted is goat farming.

7. The only place where the business is to be transacted is at Wainui, Hoplands, Woodville.

8. The partnership is to commence on the date of filing of the certificate of registration of the special partnership under the name and style of River Valley Angoras Limited and Company at the High Court Napier and to terminate on the third anniversary of the filing of such certificate of registration.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Ray Watkins Mount Maunganui Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 6 Downview Road, Auckland, and carrying on the business of manufacture and supply of goods:

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 10th day of November 1987, presented to the said Court by Shadecraft Limited; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 3rd day of February 1988 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
