Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the office of Coopers & Lybrand, 202–204N Warren Street, Hastings on 8 February 1988 at 2 p.m.

Agenda:

(a) Approving a final distribution to members.

(b) Having an account laid before the meeting showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

(c) To consider and if thought fit to pass the following extraordinary resolution:

“That the books and papers of the company be retained by the liquidator for a period of 12 months from the date thereof and then destroyed.”

Notice of Resolution of Voluntary Winding Up

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Standard Press Ltd.:

Notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held on the 22nd day of December 1987, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 268 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1955, that Standard Press Ltd. be wound up voluntarily, and further resolved that Charles Rex Coleman, chartered accountant, of Feilding be appointed liquidator for the purposes of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.

A statutory declaration of solvency was filed with the Registrar of Companies prior to the passing of the resolution.
