Incorporated Society Act Notices

The Burwood Residents Association Incorporated

Notice Pursuant to Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that:

(1) On the 17th day of September 1986, the Registrar of Incorporated Societies formerly dissolved the above-named society.

(2) It is intended that the assets of the society be settled upon a trust to be incorporated under the Charitable Trust Act 1957 and known as the Burwood Community Trust.

(3) The objects and terms of the Burwood Community Trust are set out in a deed of trust dated the 17th day of September 1986. A copy of the trust deed is available at my office.

Note: Any person wishing to object to, or appeal against the Registrar’s decision must do so before the 11th day of May 1988.
