Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 8th day of March 1988, presented to the said Court by Healing Industries Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, wholesalers; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 27th day of April 1988 at 11 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The National Bank of New Zealand Ltd. with reference to Rotowax Holdings Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 12th day of April 1988 the bank appointed Peter John Morgan Taylor and Kingi Winiata Smiler, chartered accountants, care of Arthur Young, BNZ Centre, 1 Willlis Street, Wellington, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 9th day of May 1985. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The Trustees of the Karenne Orsler Family Trust hereby give notice that on the 11th day of April 1988, they appointed David Charles Bailey of Otorohanga, chartered accountant, as receiver and manager of all the assets of the company under the powers contained in a certain debenture dated 24 June 1982, given by Karenne Orsler Ltd. in favour of Vera Mary Munro, Karenne Elizabeth Orsler, and John Lindsay Millar as trustees of the Karenne Orsler Family Trust.
