Basic Licence
The goods shown below are a re-tender of the 15 percent of basic licence originally tendered in May 1983. Import licences won under this arrangement do not however themselves become basic licence i.e. they are not issued as of right hereafter as basic licences. All item codes except those marked with an asterisk will be valid from 1 January 1988 but will become exempt of import licence control as from 1 July 1988. No refunds will be made on unused licences. Those marked with an asterisk are included in Industry Development Plans and will be valid for a full year from 1 January 1988.
