Specification Declared to be a Standard Specification

NZS 5415:1988 Traffic hazard warning lamps. (AS 1165:1982 with Amendment A) $71.50 (members $40.50) Incl. GST.

Amendment of Standard Specifications

Conservation

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director-General of Recreation, Tourism and Historic Resources of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares

that the said land may be disposed of by the Upper Hutt City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s Reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other lands for reserves.

Schedule

Wellington Land District—Upper Hutt City

32 square metres, more or less, being Lot 4, D.P. 48417, situated in Block II, Rimutaka Survey District. All certificate of title 12D/1329.
