Approval of Advanced Motorcycle Training Course

Pursuant to section 48 (2) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986 and pursuant to powers delegated to me by an instrument of delegation dated 2 November 1987, I, Geoffrey Thomas Henry, Assistant Director of Road Transport, hereby approve, for the purposes of regulation 32 of the Transport (Drivers Licensing) Regulations 1987, the courses of advanced instruction conducted by the following approved motorcycle training school:

Auckland Motorcycle Club Inc.

to be an advanced motorcycle training course.

Approval of Defensive Driving Organisations

Pursuant to section 48 (2) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986; and pursuant to section 39 (a) of the Transport Act 1962, under powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport in an instrument of delegation dated 2 November 1987, I, Geoffrey Thomas Henry, Assistant Director of Road Transport, hereby approve the following organisations to be defensive driving organisations, for the purposes of section 68 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 32 of the Transport (Drivers Licensing) Regulations 1987:

Wool Industry Regulations 1978

Pursuant to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on the 10th day of March 1988 at Timaru and Invercargill was 436.66 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is below the ruling trigger price of 625 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no retention levy is payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, until further notice.
