Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 2nd day of March 1988, presented to the said Court by Roland Corporation (NZ) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 29 Customs Street West, Auckland, musical instrument merchants; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 27th day of April 1988 at 11 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Themerose Ltd. (WN. 295754) being an overseas company registered under Part XII of the Companies Act 1955, hereby gives notice of its intention to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand.

The 3-month period of notice required by section 405 (2) shall begin as at the date of this notice.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955

DFC Financial Services Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, with reference to Kepler Developments Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 28th day of March 1988 it appointed Messrs Trevor Donald Scott and Sandra Elma Goodchild, both of Dunedin, chartered accountants, whose office is at Wilson Neill House, Dunedin, to be receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets of this company, charged by a certain debenture dated the 5th day of August 1987 and given by this company to DFC Financial Services Ltd.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever situate, both present and future, including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital.
