1426 NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 60

Pursuant to the Import Control Regulations 1973 (S.R. 1980/246), I, P. E. Donovan, Deputy Secretary of Trade and Industry, acting under delegated authority call tenders for the goods specified below. Tenders close on the 2nd May 1988 at 5 p.m. and must be received by the Registrar of Tenders by then to be valid.

Instructions for tenderers and the general terms and conditions which apply to the submission and acceptance of tenders are set out in the Guide to Licence Tendering dated November 1986, with the deletion of paras 17 and 21.J. Bids may be submitted through the departmental bureaux/fax system. Tenders should be addressed to the Registrar of Tenders, P.O. Box 3146, Wellington, or Bureaufax (04) 734 638 or be delivered by hand to the First Floor of the Bowen State Building, Wellington. Tenders for Round 62 must reach the Registrar no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, 2nd May 1988.
