Whangarei City Council Notice

Reserves Act 1977

Change of Purpose of Reserve

Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, the Whangarei City Council by this notice changes the purpose for which the land described in the Schedule hereto (being local purpose reserve vested in The Whangarei City Council) is classified from esplanade to esplanade and wetlands embankment.

Schedule

1.7750 hectares, more or less, being Lot 5, D.P. 96772 and being part Kioreroa Block, certificate of title 51B/1327 (North Auckland Registry).

3.3270 hectares, more or less, being Lot 6, D.P. 96770 and being part Kioreroa Block, certificate of title 51B/1328 (North Auckland Registry).

Dated at Whangarei this 11th day of February 1988.
