Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreements

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the assistant secretary, administration and the proprietors of the following 7 schools:

St Patricks School, Kaponga.
St Josephs School, Oamaru.
Sacred Heart College, Auckland.
St Peter Chanel, Otaki.
St Mary’s School, Palmerston North.
St Anne’s School, Wanganui East.
Wellington Diocesan School for Girls (Nga Tawa).

The said supplementary integration agreements came into effect on 25 March 1988. Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington, and at regional offices.

  1. Approval of appliances, for heating water and other liquid, in which the element is in direct contact with the substance. Regulation 107... $200.00
  2. Approval of portable type residual current devices. Regulation 159... $160.00

Health (Needles and Syringes) Regulations 1987 Notice of Fees and Costs

Pursuant to regulation 5 of the Health (Needles and Syringes) Regulations 1987, I, George Cockburn Salmond, Director-General of Health, hereby—

(a) Fix the amount of the service fee to be paid to any pharmacist, medical practitioner, or authorised representative for the sale of any needle or syringe pursuant to regulation 3 of the Health (Needles and Syringes) Regulations 1987, per pack of 10 such needles or syringes, as follows:

(i) Where the purchaser does not return any used needle or used syringe at the time of purchase, $5.18 (inclusive of goods and services tax);

(ii) Where the purchaser does return any used needle or
