Ngaitahu Maori Trust Board, a body corporate duly incorporated under the Maori Trust Boards Act 1955 and having its registered office at Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 31st day of March 1988 it appointed David John Strack and James Bruce Alfred McAlister both of Christchurch, chartered accountants, as the receivers and managers of the property of Albert Shelf No. 2 Ltd. under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 22nd day of September 1987, which property consists of all the undertaking goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Albert Shelf No. 2 Ltd.

Diamond Industries Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 30th day of March 1988 it appointed Gerald Stanley Rea and Frederick Nelson Watson, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property charged by a certain debenture dated the 25th day of July 1984, given by Roofing Contractors Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, in favour of Diamond Industries Ltd., a copy of which was registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 26th day of July 1984.

The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed comprises all the property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including the uncalled and called but unpaid capital of Roofing Contractors Ltd. from time to time.
