Notice of Intention to Cease to Have a Place of Business in New Zealand

The above-named company, duly incorporated in the United Kingdom, hereby gives notice pursuant to section 405 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that it intends to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand after the 30th day of June 1988.

All life and general reinsurance business undertaken by the Mercantile and General Life Reassurance Company of Australia Ltd. and the Reinsurance Group in New Zealand will continue to be accepted by the Mercantile and General Mercantile and General Reinsurance Company of Australia Ltd. at their existing place of business in Wellington.
