Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Ministry of Works and Development Staff Housing in the Borough of Raetihi

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 7th day of May 1987 and published in the Gazette of 21 May 1987, No. 74, at page 2250, declaring the land described therein to be acquired for Ministry of Works and Development staff housing, by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following:

All those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Raetihi, described as follows:

Land Acquired for Road in the City of Takapuna

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which shall vest in The Takapuna City Council on the 31st day of March 1988.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 11 (1a) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest in the Crown on the 31st day of March 1988.
