Explanatory Note—This exemption notice:

(a) Provides for exemption of rubber inner tubes and drinking glasses; and

(b) Amends existing exemptions to clarify the goods covered and to line up with the harmonised system tariff.

Note: Existing exemptions are amended by withdrawing the exemption requiring amendment and creating a new exemption.
