Designation of South Westland Community Arts Council

Pursuant to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Southern Regional Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the South Westland Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:

“The Southern Riding of the Westland County.”

Pursuant to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Southern Regional Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Ashley Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:

“That area bounded by the Waimakariri River in the South, the coast in the East, the ranges in the West and a line from Mount Grey down the Kowai River to Stokes Road, thence to Gartys Road and from Gartys Road intersection with the Main North Road, a straight line to the sea.”

Appointment of Coroner

as a coroner for New Zealand, vice James Thomas Hodgson resigned, on and from 31 March 1988.
