Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 346 (i) of the Companies Act 1955

Elders Rural Finance N.Z. Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 23rd day of March 1988, it appointed Peter Leslie Shaw and Eric Ashley Taylor, both of Hamilton, chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Messrs Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, Bryant Trust Building, Alexander Street, Hamilton, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property of the company pursuant to powers contained in a debenture dated 24 July 1985. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings, and all its real and personal property, and all assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Bank of New Zealand Ltd., pursuant to a debenture in its favour bearing the date 2 April 1987, hereby gives notice that it has appointed Messrs Denis Cecil Woods of Wanganui and Lindsay John Tait of Wanganui, both chartered accountants, as joint receivers and/or managers of the property of the company, under the powers contained in the said debenture, on 21 March 1988.

The offices of the receivers are at care of Jolley, Dobbin, Cairncross and Woods, Chartered Accountants, Second Floor, 11 Watt Street, Wanganui (P.O. Box 46).
