Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for the purpose of a Government Printing Office and shall remain vested in the Crown.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block III, Kaiwhata Survey District, Masterton County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Masterton County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. A4/668, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 094431.8 and 094431.9, Wellington Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. C4/1204, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 708946.2, Wellington Land Registry.

(d) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken and to be incorporated with the land in certificate of title No. A4/668, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 094431.8 and 094431.9, Wellington Land Registry.

(e) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, to be taken and incorporated with the land in certificate of title No. C4/1204, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 708946.2, Wellington Land Registry.
