Proposed Recommendations for Securities Regulations

Pursuant to section 70 (3) of the Securities Act 1978, notice is hereby given that the Securities Commission intends to make recommendations for the enactment of regulations under that Act. The recommendations will relate to the following matters:

(a) The requirements relating to the disclosure in registered prospectuses required for certain public offerings under the Securities Regulations 1983 of a statement of cash flows.

(b) Other incidental matters.

A copy of the recommendations may be inspected at the offices of the Commission, Level 6, Greenock House, 39 The Terrace, Wellington.

Notice of Approval of Bylaw Amendment

I, Helen Elizabeth Clark, Minister of Conservation, pursuant to sections 5A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby give approval to the Rotorua District Council bylaw amendment adopted on 22 September 1987, and confirmed on 3 November 1987 by ordinary meetings of the Council, and acknowledged by the Minister of Transport on 26 February 1988.

Local Government Act 1974

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block III, Totaranui Survey District, Golden Bay County

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Deputy Director-General of Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Golden Bay County Council pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
