Notice is hereby given that a statement of account and balance sheet in respect of the above-named group of companies together with the report of the Audit Office thereon has been duly filed in the High Court at Christchurch, and we hereby further give notice that at the sitting of the Court to be held on Wednesday, the 20th day of April 1988 at 10 a.m. the joint liquidators intend to apply for an order releasing them from their administration of the said liquidation, for an order of dissolution of the said group of companies and for an order that the records of the above-named group of companies be destroyed forthwith.
