Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Kirkpatrick Menswear Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 31st day of March 1988, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims or to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Kevin Neil McCulloch hereby gives notice that on the 16th day of March 1988, he appointed Anthony Peter Southwick, chartered accountant, whose offices are at Touche Ross & Company, 29 Hinemoa Street, Rotorua, as receiver and manager of the property of the company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 27th day of June 1985, and deed of subrogation dated the 2nd day of April 1987. The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings, the goodwill of its business, all its property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever situate, both present and future, and its uncalled capital (including reserve capital).
