RULES OF ORIGIN – DETERMINATION OF IMPORTED MATERIAL

NOTICE 1988 – 3

In terms of Regulation 70(b)(iii) of the Customs Regulations 1968, 'Goods Wholly or Mainly Manufactured in Australia', the following materials have been determined:

Alkaline extracted Ossein Gelatin BP 150 Bloom with not more than 15 PPM Sulphur Dioxide, not more than 15 PPM Iron and colour of 45° Mass does not exceed 8 using Lovibond No. 3 Colour Comparator with Gardner Disc.

This determination is effective from 15 August 1985 and cancels the determination of Alkaline extracted Ossein Gelatin published in Determination Notice 1987/4 of the New Zealand Gazette, Customs Edition of 8 December 1987.
