Reserves Act 1977

Change of the Classification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager,
Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification
of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto,
from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (playcentre)
reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Vesting of the Reserve in the Clutha County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Manager hereby
revokes the appointment of the Paretai Hall Association
Incorporated to control and manage the reserve, described in
the Schedule hereto, as a site for a public hall, and further,
vests the said reserve in fee simple in the Clutha County
Council in trust, for a local purpose reserve (site for a public
hall) subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Southern Regional Manager
hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the
Dunedin City Council on the 29th day of September 1986:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14
of the Reserves Act 1977, the Dunedin City Council
hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said
city in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto,
shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a
recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act".
