The liquidator of Yellowcone Holdings Ltd. which is being wound up voluntarily, hereby fixes the 31st day of March 1988, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

Notice Calling Final Meetings of Members and Creditors

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of sections 290 and 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named company will be held in the Boardroom of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch on Monday, 18 April 1988 at 2 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the properties of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business:

To resolve pursuant to section 328 (1) (b) that the liquidator be authorised to dispose of the books of the company and of the liquidator as he thinks fit.

Every member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote for them. A proxy need not be a member or creditor respectively.
