Notices cancelled after being accepted for printing in the Commercial Edition will be subject to the charge of $55 for setting up and deleting costs.

The Commercial Edition of the New Zealand Gazette is available on subscription from the Government Printing Office Publications Division or over the counter from Government Bookshops at:

NEW ADVERTISING RATES EFFECTIVE FROM 1 APRIL 1988
The following new rates for the insertion of material in the Commercial Edition of the New Zealand Gazette will apply as from 1 April 1988 in line with the Government’s decision to place the New Zealand Gazette on full cost recovery.
Category 1
Notices with a solid text, e.g.: High Court, Land Transfer Act and Bankruptcy Act notices = 32c per word.
Category 2
General single column notices, e.g.: Company Act notices (other than High Court Winding Up notices) = 52c per word.
Category 3
Notices in table form or taking up two columns across the page, e.g.: Change of Name of Company notices = 60c per word.
The appropriate rate to be applied to an advertisement will be determined at the time of setting up the notice for publication.
Customers will be invoiced in accordance with standard commercial practices. Advertising rates are not negotiable.
All rates given are inclusive of G.S.T.
