General Finance Ltd. at Auckland, being the holder of a debenture in its favour dated 28 July 1987 and registered at the Companies Office at Auckland on 19 August 1987, issued by Michael Hatch Motors Ltd. (“the company”) hereby gives notice that on 9 March 1988 under the powers contained in the said debenture it appointed Russell Stuart Hay and Rodney Gaine Pardington of Auckland, chartered accountants jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets of the company. The office of the said receivers and managers is at the offices of Messrs Deloitte, Haskins and Sells, Chartered Accountants, Tower 2, Shortland Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland.
