Kilpatrick Green Pty Ltd., incorporated in Victoria, Australia and having had a place of business in New Zealand since 1982 has transferred its business in New Zealand to Gooder Ltd. which company continues to carry on the business in New Zealand.

Kilpatrick Green Pty Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 31st day of December 1986, it ceased to have a place of business in New Zealand.
