Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Raglan County Council.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Piako County Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken;

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119 (2), declares that the area of road described in the said Second Schedule, together with the area of land taken described in the said Third Schedule, now known as Section 1, S.O. 55982, shall when so stopped and taken be amalgamated in certificate of title No. 6C/344, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 129015, South Auckland Land Registry.
