Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road realignment and shall vest in the Crown on the 10th day of March 1988 and pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No. 3.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a drainage easement vesting in the Crown the rights attaching to an easement of right to drain water set out in paragraphs 3 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a State primary school (and may be surrendered at any time by notice in the Gazette) and shall vest in the Crown on the 10th day of March 1988.\n
