Notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Wellington Dairy Farmers’ Co-operative Association Ltd. held at Hadfield Hall, Te Rauparaha Street, Otaki on 29 February 1988, the following special resolution was duly passed:

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Joseph Anthony Battiston of Wellington, chartered accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator, for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company.

3. That the liquidator is hereby authorised in terms of the heads of agreement between the company and Manawatu Co-operative Dairy Company Ltd. (Manawatu), dated 8 April 1987, to receive (in compensation for the transfer of assets to Manawatu) shares in Manawatu allotted to members of the company and in addition thereto to participate in the profits of or to receive any other benefit from Manawatu.
