Declaring Crown Land to be Set Apart for the Generation of Electricity and for Road in Block II, Wakefield Survey District, Vincent County

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for the generation of electricity and the land secondly and thirdly described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road, which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No. 8.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:
