Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Parts of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Manager, Wanganui, hereby classifies that part of the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further, classifies that part of the reserve, described in the Second Schedule hereto, as a local purpose reserve (public hall site) subject to the provisions of the said Act.

First Schedule

Taranaki Land District—Clifton County

7.0807 hectares, more or less, being part Section 13, Block V, Upper Waitara Survey District. Part certificate of title 35/135. S.O. Plan 946A and D.P. 4855.

Second Schedule

Taranaki Land District—Clifton County

2036 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 4855, situated in Block V, Upper Waitara Survey District. Part certificate of title 35/135. Subject to lease 243752 to the Okoke Hall Society Inc.

Declaration of a Reserve for Recreation Purposes

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Manager, Wanganui, of the Department of Conservation hereby approves the declaration of land vested in The Napier City Council as a reserve for recreation purposes; that land being described in the Schedule hereto.

1.8493 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 20248, all certificate of title M1/270; 1000 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 20248, all certificate of title M1/271; 21.7004 hectares, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. 20248, all certificate of title M1/272; and 859 square metres, more or less, being Lot 4, D.P. 20248, all certificate of title M1/273; all situated in Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District.

Changing the Name of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Manager, Wanganui, declares that the Kimbolton Scenic Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and known as the Kimbolton Scenic Reserve shall hereafter be known as the Hazelburn Scenic Reserve.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation, Auckland, hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community facilities) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
