Appointing an Inspector of All and Any Railways and Tramways Operated at Ferrymead Historic Park
Pursuant to section 178 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby appoints
Guy Lycett Evans of Christchurch, retired civil engineer
to be an inspector in respect of all or any local railways at Ferrymead Historic Park, operated by the Canterbury Branch of the New Zealand Railway and Locomotive Society, and in respect of all or any local tramways at Ferrymead Historic Park, operated by The Tramway Historical Society Incorporated and the Ferrymead Trust Board, to inspect all and any of the said local railways and tramways as occasion may from time to time require.
