Pursuant to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, notice is hereby given that David Bowie Ngahere of 28 Waitere Street, Marton, millhand, was convicted in the District Court at Marton on the 18th day of February 1988, of driving with excess breath alcohol concentration. An order for confiscation of a motor vehicle, namely, a Holden Kingswood Utility registration number DM 4461, was made.
