On the 17th day of February a winding up notice was published against Beric Holdings Ltd., by Fletcher Steel, a division of the Fletcher Industries Ltd. This petition is based on a judgment obtained in the District Court at Auckland. Beric Holdings Ltd have applied to set aside the judgment and filed a notice of opposition to the petition. The petition will not proceed on the 16th day of March 1988 accordingly.
