Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for an access way and the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired in connection with an access way and shall vest in The Upper Hutt City Council on the 25th day of February 1988.

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for electricity purposes and shall vest in The Central Canterbury Electric Power Board on the 25th day of February 1988.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 43 and shall vest in the Crown on the 25th day of February 1988.

Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped and Vested in Block XIII, Patriarch Survey District, Marlborough County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 15th day of May 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, on 21 May 1987, No. 74, at page 2245, declaring road to be stopped and vested in Block XIII, Patriarch Survey District, Marlborough County, by omitting paragraph (c) and substituting the following paragraph:

"Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), the road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped road; and

(i) The areas marked 'C', 'E' and 'F' to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 4B/703, Marlborough Land Registry, subject to land improvement agreement No. 120729; and

(ii) the area marked 'D' to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 4B/704, subject to land improvement agreement No. 120729."
