Kiwifruit Marketing Licensing Regulations 1977
Notice Declaring Kiwifruit Licensing Fees (Notice No. 4320)
Pursuant to regulation 21 (3) (c) of the Kiwifruit Marketing Licensing Regulations 1977, the New Zealand Kiwifruit Authority hereby declares that the following fee shall be payable from the date of this notice:
Application for Tender for Licence: $500.00.
Take note that, pursuant to regulation 25 (A) (3), this revised fee shall also apply in respect of applications for renewal of kiwifruit exporters’ licences.

Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the Noxious Plants Council hereby declares broom (Cytisus scoparius) to be a Class B noxious plant in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of Mount Maunganu Borough Council and Te Puke Borough Council District Noxious Plants Authorities.
