Westpac Banking Corporation hereby give notice that, on the 17th day of February 1988, it appointed Barry Charles Thomas and Robin Joseph Goodall, chartered accountants, whose office is care of Ernst Whinney, Chartered Accountants, corner Spey and Kelvin Streets, Invercargill (P.O. Box 844), as receivers and managers of all the assets of the above company under the power contained in an instrument, dated the 27th day of January 1982, being a debenture from Jesco Hydraulics Ltd. to Westpac Banking Corporation.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Remarkable Films Ltd., hereby gives notice that, on the 18th day of February 1988, the Bank appointed Trevor Donald Scott and Sandra Elma Goodchild both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of T. D. Scott, Chartered Accountants, Wilson Neil House, Princes Street, Dunedin. Jointly and severally as receivers in the property of this company, under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 24th day of July 1985. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking, and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking, and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
