Notice of Intention to Propose Special Resolution for Alteration of Memorandum of Association of Company
Chaytor & Co. Ltd. hereby gives notice that, on the 2nd day of December 1987, the company resolved to propose as a special resolution that the company adopt as its rights, powers and privileges those rights, powers and privileges contained in section 15A (i) of the Companies Act 1955 in place of the existing rights, powers and privileges contained in the existing memorandum of association of the company.
The meeting at which the special resolution will be considered will be held at Marshlands near Blenheim on the 29th day of March 1988.

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to L & H Hovenden Ltd., hereby gives notice that, on the 15th day of February 1988, the bank appointed Trevor Nelson Cameron and Anthony John Richards, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Richards Woodhouse & Co., Chartered Accountants, 105 Bridge Street, Nelson, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument, dated the 24th day of November 1978. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking, and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
