In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Stop Press Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given, in pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, Thirteenth Floor, Tower Two, Shortland Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland, on the 11th day of March 1988 at 12:30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before it, showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business:
To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:

"That the books and papers be retained by the liquidator for 5 years and then destroyed."

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

Notice is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company, on the 18th day of February 1988, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held in the Boardroom, Coopers and Lybrand, 80 Greys Avenue (Second Floor), Auckland, on the 2nd day of March 1988 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon.

Business:

  1. Consideration of a statement of the position of the company’s affairs and a list of creditors, etc.
  2. Appointment of liquidator.
  3. Appointment of a committee of inspection, if thought fit.

Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of J. R. & M. A. Bartlett Ltd.:

Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of above-named company, on the 18th day of February 1988, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely:

(a) That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.

(b) That the Official Assignee be appointed as provisional liquidator of the company pursuant to section 363 (9) of the Companies Act 1955.

That the official assignee be requested to appoint in his place John Lawrence Vague and Brian William McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland.

(c) That John Lawrence Vague and Brian William McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland, be nominated jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Computability Android Pacific Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 31st day of March 1988 as the day, on or before, which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 21st day of January 1988, presented to the said Court by Autex Industries Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Avondale, manufacturing wholesalers; and

that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 7th day of March 1988 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
