(“the debenture holder”), hereby gives notice that on the 4th day of February 1988, it appointed William John Henry Siewart and John Raymond O’Shaughnessy, both of Napier, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets charged by a certain debenture dated the 4th day of December 1984 given by Chocolate Scenter Ltd. in favour of the debenture holder.
