Pursuant to section 42 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto with the land firstly described excepting therefrom the subsoil as contained in certificate of title No. A2/1186 and subject to a right of way created by transfer No. 580394 to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
