Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than one metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.

This notice shall come into force on the expiration of 10 working days after its publication in the Gazette.

Minimum Standards—South Canterbury Home Delivery District

In terms of section 16 of the Milk Act 1988, the New Zealand Milk Authority hereby determines the following minimum standards in relation to the delivery of milk by and on behalf of the processor for the South Canterbury home delivery district. (The South Canterbury home delivery district covers the same area as the South Canterbury milk district in terms of the Milk Districts Order 1968—New Zealand Gazette, 22 August 1968, P1403 et seq.)

(a) Frequency of delivery of milk to domestic consumers:

(i) Timaru, Temuka and Pleasant Point:
Minimum of 7 days per week.

(ii) Geraldine, Waimate, Winchester and Fairlie:
Minimum of 6 days per week.

(iii) Maungati/St Andrews:
Minimum of 3 days per week, no two of which are to be consecutive.

(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:

(i) Geraldine:
September to April:
Commencing at 5.30 a.m.
May to August:
Commencing at 4 p.m.

(ii) Pleasant Point and Fairlie:
Commencing at 7 a.m.

(iii) Maungati/St Andrews:
Commencing at 3 a.m.

(iv) Timaru, Temuka, Waimate and Winchester:
Commencing at 3.30 p.m.

(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:
Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than one metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.

Minimum of 3 days per week, no two of which are to be consecutive.

(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:

(i) Waikiwi area of Invercargill:
Commencing at 4 a.m.

(ii) Other areas of Invercargill:
Commencing at 2 p.m.

(iii) Tokanui:
Commencing at 4 a.m.

(iv) Tuatapere, Wyndham, Lumsden, Balfour, Riversdale, Waikaia and Waikaka:
Commencing at 6 a.m.

(v) Gore, Bluff, Mataura, Riverton, Winton, Otautau and Te Anau:
Commencing at 2 p.m.

(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:
